Professional psychometric assessments such as CliftonStrengths, Hogan, and EQ are widely used by Fortune 500 for talent assessment, development, and selection. All our coaches are certified in these tools. Coupled with our professional coaching expertise (based on ICF's gold standards) and experiences, we can help raise our clients' awareness of their strengths and opportunities for development at the debrief sessions.
1-on-1 Executive Coaching
Working with a professional ICF coach contrasts greatly with speaking to a family member, friend, or colleague. You can expect a psychologically safe space without judgment but with deep listening and appreciative inquiry. This combination will help you to reflect, develop awareness, and unlock your inner wisdom. You will walk away with greater clarity and confidence and become more effective in your decision-making, career, and leadership. Our 1-on-1 coaching engagements are on a long-term retainer basis with a minimum tenure of six months (often stretching up to years).
